If you have a large exhibit, which requires special maneuvering room, please contact us directly, so that we may make the necessary arrangements.

Vendor Information

The Mason Fairgrounds is located in Shelton, Washington. The grounds cover 62 acres and include 12 major buildings and barns, three outdoor stages, RV Park, and camping facilities.

The 2011 Mason Area Fair will have 250 exhibit booth spaces. Call us at 427-5599 or email for details on becoming a vendor!

Vendor Application Process:

  1. Download form and select options. Click here to open form!
  2. Fax (360) 868-2211 or mail registration form to Fair.
  3. We will return contract to you; and call you regarding booth availability. At that time you will receive an invoice and be required to show proof of insurance.
  4. Set up... and have a great time at the Fair!
