COUNTRY SINGER & SONGWRITER TRENT TOMLINSON
PERFORMING AT 2008 FAIR
2008 marks the 100th anniversary of the Mason County Fair. This year there are a lot of exciting additions to celebrate the centennial. Along with another year of heart stopping rodeo action; the fair will feature carnival rides; a concert with leading country star, Trent Tomlinson and free gate admission!
Singer/songwriter Trent Tomlinson is one of those rare performers whose music is as straight-ahead and unpretentious as he is. "My songs," he says simply, "are real-life situations with great guitar."
As a song writer, Tomlison has written for country artists including Sara Evans and George Straight. His songs were recorded by Emerson Drive and Blue Country on their respective debut albums. He also cut some sides for Lyric Street Records, with whom he later signed a record deal. Tomlinson's debut single, "Drunker Than Me", was released in late 2005, followed by his album Country Is My Rock. Two additional singles have been released from the album: "One Wing in the Fire" and "Just Might Have Her Radio On". Both his album and his hit singles have reached the top twenty in the country charts.
General admission for the Trent Tomlinson concert on July 25 is just $15. Reserved seating or, “Golden Circle” tickets are $20 each. Tickets available by calling 360-427-7789! Cash, chek or money order please!
